Security & Privacy

A clear basis for
enterprise trust.

Security review should start with specific controls, documented responsibilities and an accurate picture of the service.

Enterprise access.

The proposed account experience uses email one-time codes and organization-managed single sign-on. Identity-provider configuration, account access and session policies must be agreed before production access.

Customer information.

Enterprise onboarding should define which information is processed, where it is stored, who can access it and how long it is retained. These details belong in the customer agreement and supporting documentation.

Secure connections and deployment access.

Reach brings VPNs, private routing and access policies into the operating workflow. Supported protocols, key management, administrator permissions and partner responsibilities must be confirmed in the deployment design; encryption is not implied across every carrier or endpoint.

Security concerns.

Online security reporting is not open yet. Please keep sensitive evidence out of the enquiry form.
