Terms & Policies

Enterprise Terms

Proposed policy · Pending company and legal review

A proposed framework for enterprise engagements. Commercial service terms are established in a signed agreement.

Service scope

An order form should identify the services, approved scope, users, relevant territories, delivery arrangements and commercial terms. Discovery coverage and observation frequency should be stated expressly where relevant. Reach orders should identify regional partners, infrastructure locations, capacity, activation requirements, delivery lead times and management responsibilities.

Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate scope information, identify authorized users and use the service lawfully. A technical association does not establish permission to act on an asset. Provisioning, VPN configuration, voice and mobile activation require appropriate authorization and any applicable provider eligibility checks.

Data and confidentiality

The agreement should define each party’s rights in customer-provided information, observations and deliverables. Confidentiality, personal-data processing, retention, deletion and subprocessors require documented terms appropriate to the engagement.

Access and security

Production access arrangements should define identity-provider integration, authorized administrators, account lifecycle controls and the process for reporting security concerns.

Commercial terms

Fees, invoicing, renewals, support, service levels, suspension and termination should be agreed in writing. No public website price or implied service level applies.

Contract review

Legal entity details, governing law, liability allocation, indemnities, warranties and any data-processing addendum remain subject to company and legal review. This page is not a customer contract.
