Use the website for lawful information and evaluation purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use forms to send malicious material or information you are not authorized to disclose.
Website materials
Exedran branding, interface designs and original materials are intended for presentation of the business. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and notices. A separate agreement is required for rights to enterprise services or data.
Information and availability
Website content and proposed capabilities may change. Product examples are explanatory and do not establish a service commitment, coverage guarantee, security certification or contractual warranty.
Enterprise agreements
Purchased services should be governed by a signed agreement with the contracting Exedran entity. A website description is not a substitute for that agreement.
Before these terms take effect
The contracting entity, registered address, governing law, dispute process and appropriate warranty and liability provisions must be confirmed and approved before these terms become effective.
